BRIARS MONTHLY INCOME FUND

Briars Monthly Income Fund delivers Investors regular monthly distributions by investing in a pool of Australian Real Property Mortgages.

INVESTOR BENEFITS: 

  1. High Yielding Investment Paid Monthly (when compared to Bank deposits)

  2. Secured by First Mortgages over Australian Residential Real Estate or Commercial Property

  3. The Fund seeks a weighted average Loan to Valuation ratio in respect of the Mortgages not exceeding 70% (including any prior ranking mortgages)
